These Terms of Service govern your use of Wheel Any Lottery, operated by Sam Reichgott ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they're written to be understood, not to obscure anything.
Wheel Any Lottery is a lottery number wheeling tool. It helps you generate systematic combinations from numbers you choose, for use in purchasing lottery tickets from authorized retailers.
Wheel Any Lottery is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. The app generates number combinations based on mathematical wheeling principles. We make no representation that use of this service will result in lottery winnings of any kind.
Lottery play involves risk. Please play responsibly and within your means. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available at the National Council on Problem Gambling (1-800-522-4700).
To use Wheel Any Lottery you must create an account with a valid email address, a unique username, and a password. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. You are responsible for:
Wheel Any Lottery offers a free tier and two paid subscription tiers — Pro ($2.99/month) and Elite ($6.99/month). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy.

Your username is chosen at signup and may be changed at any time from Settings. It must comply with our format rules (letters, numbers, and underscores only; 3–20 characters) and must not impersonate another person or entity. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these terms.
Wheel Any Lottery, its design, code, and original wheeling algorithms are owned by Sam Reichgott and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
Your saved wheel configurations and history data belong to you. We do not claim ownership of content you create within the app.
Abbreviated wheeling tables used in the Elite tier are derived from optimal covering designs in the La Jolla Covering Repository (LJCR) by Daniel M. Gordon, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Tables have been adapted for use in our wheeling system (converted from 1-indexed to 0-indexed format). Original data is preserved at zenodo.org/records/19735294.
CC BY 4.0 requires attribution to the original author. No warranties or guarantees are implied by the original author regarding lottery outcomes or mathematical coverage beyond the stated covering designs.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. All your data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pennsylvania.
