Privacy Policy

Wheel Any Lottery is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it. We've written it to be readable — not a legal obstacle.
What We Collect
We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:
- Email address — used to create and access your account, and to contact you about the service
- Username — chosen by you at signup, displayed in the app
- Password — stored securely via Supabase authentication; we never see it in plain text
- Wheel configurations and history — your saved wheels and ticket history (Pro and Elite accounts only)
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number
- Usage and analytics data — page views, session duration, traffic sources, and similar data collected via Google Analytics
- Basic server logs — IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and performance
We do not collect your name, phone number, or any information beyond what's listed above.
How We Use It
- To create and maintain your account
- To save and retrieve your wheel configurations and history
- To process subscription payments via Stripe
- To contact you about Wheel Any Lottery and other products we develop — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link
- To understand how the app is used and improve it (via Google Analytics)
- To respond to support requests sent to us directly
- To maintain the security and performance of the service
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third Parties
We use a small number of third-party services to operate Wheel Any Lottery:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Your account data and saved wheels are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles all billing and stores your payment information. We never see your card details.
- Google Analytics — website and app usage analytics. Google Analytics collects anonymized data about how visitors use the site, including pages visited, session duration, and traffic sources. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Resend — transactional email delivery. Resend delivers account-related emails (signup confirmation, password reset) on our behalf. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for this purpose.
- Vercel — web hosting for the app and landing page.
Each of these providers processes your data only as necessary to provide their service to us, and is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
Cookies
We use two types of cookies:
- Essential cookies — session cookies required for authentication. These keep you signed in and cannot be disabled without breaking the app.
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data. These are not required for the app to function.
When you first visit the site, you will be asked to accept or decline analytics cookies. Declining analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use Wheel Any Lottery.
EU/EEA visitors: In accordance with GDPR, analytics cookies are not set until you have given explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies or using the Google Analytics opt-out tool linked above.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app. When you delete your account, all associated data — wheels, history, and profile information — is permanently deleted.
Analytics data retained by Google is subject to Google's own retention policies.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — contact us to request a copy of what we hold
- Delete your data — available directly in Settings, or contact us
- Correct your data — contact us if any information is inaccurate
- Data portability — contact us to request an export of your data
- Opt out of marketing emails — use the unsubscribe link in any email we send
- Withdraw analytics consent — clear cookies or use the Google opt-out tool at any time
EU/EEA residents: You have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
Pennsylvania residents may have additional rights under applicable state law. We honor all reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.
Children's Privacy
Wheel Any Lottery is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
